When it comes to photography, I love color, moments and a good story. Please check out my blogs to see recent work.
This, my friends, is what 12+ years of friendship and dating looks like. These kids met in 10th grade and FINALLY tied the knot. We had a lot of fun here at Noel and Josh’s wedding. It’s one of those weddings where the bride and groom are wearing white and black converse so you just know it’s going to be a great time.
I love what they did for their wedding day — a small, intimate ceremony with just immediate family and wedding party with a larger reception later on including extended family and friends. Knowlton Mansion is a fantastic location with it’s decorative interiors and a gorgeous accompanying landscape. Not to mention, there are horses on site. Needless to say, this venue has a lot to offer. They even let us go a little nuts with the champagne for a fun night shot later on.
Some of the highlights include:
-Those pre-ceremony letters Noel and Josh wrote to each other.
-The toasts from the best man and maid of honor. Seriously, they were great and had everyone in hysterics. This might have been the first wedding where there was a line dedicated to celebrating the bartenders. You know, those unsung heroes.
-Josh reenacting that famous dancing scene from Dirty Dancing on the dance floor.
-The cake cutting. It was a good one and I am not even sure who won that.
-That champagne shot was a fun one.
