Anne and Vince are a couple who you know are wild about each other just from the way they look at each other. I was honored they chose me to document their day because I knew it was going to be elegant, fun and most importantly, full of great moments.

The two chose to wait to see each other until they met at the altar at Saints Simon and Jude Church. Anne made sure to request waterproof make up from Sorellina Beauty, which she proved she needed after tearing up a few times even before she saw her groom. I recall taking countless photos of the two glancing at each other in church with the most lovey dovey looks on their faces and just melting each time. The two had a traditional Catholic ceremony and opted to incorporate some Filipino traditions into their ceremony such as the Blessing of the Arras and the Blessing of the Cord and Veil.

While I normally suggest utilizing a first look and taking photos beforehand, they left a good amount of time in between their ceremony and cocktail hour so we could get all the photos and make our way to the always gorgeous venue, Ellis Preserve. Finley Catering knocked it out of the park per usual with divine food and excellent service and Riehs Flowers made sure the room and the wedding party were looking spiffy with all the greenery and florals they needed. After some incredible toasts by loved ones, the two celebrated with yet another Filipino tradition, the Money Dance, which is safe to say was a huge hit for all of their guests. Some of my favorite musicians, Pat and Sean Kelly were providing the entertainment. Anne and Vince have a bit of a sweet tooth, so I knew they would have some pretty high standards for any sweets at their wedding. Of course, there was an entire room full of dessert options but guests were also treated with a Termini Bros cake and soft pretzel wrapped up for the road.
